Welcome to MK Digitizing. By requesting a quote and submitting artwork to our studio, you agree to the following production terms.

1. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are custom-evaluated based on the specific requirements of your project. Pricing depends heavily on artwork complexity, final size, garment placement, estimated stitch count, fabric type, rush requirements, and specialty additions such as 3D puff or custom patch borders.

2. Turnaround & Rush Delivery

Our standard turnaround is 12–24 hours. While we offer a 6–8 hour rush delivery option, this is subject to availability and is only guaranteed when our production schedule allows. We will confirm rush availability at the time of quoting.

3. Revisions & Adjustments

We provide free revisions and adjustments to ensure our digitized files run perfectly on your machines (production correction). However, major artwork changes or complete redesigns requested after the initial file has been delivered may require a new quote and additional billing.

4. Artwork Rights & Permissions

By submitting artwork to MK Digitizing, you confirm that you have the legal right, permission, or licensing necessary to reproduce the submitted designs. MK Digitizing acts solely as a production partner converting your files and claims no ownership over your submitted artwork. We are not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
